Along with the Honorable Larry A. Burns, Tim Scott is the author of the Ninth Circuit Criminal Handbook, which is updated annually.
According to one federal trial judge, the Handbook “provides comprehensive coverage, from initial arrest to appeal” and is an “indispensable reference tool during court proceedings.” A Ninth Circuit judge asserts that “I would have been a much better prosecutor if I had this book in my bag when I started my career.” The Handbook is now in its Eleventh Edition, and is available from Lexis Nexis / Matthew Bender or from Amazon.
