United States v. Spanier
Appeal, after a third trial, in a securities-fraud prosecution. Mr. Scott argues that the government’s theory of prosecution was unlawful, and that reversal for a fourth trial should result. The Court of Appeals reversed all counts of conviction two weeks later.
